Mercy Chinwo & Husband, Welcome First Child | General Entertainment

Renowned Nigerian singer Mercy Chinwo and her spouse, Pastor Blessed Uzochikwa, also referred to as Blessed, have welcomed their first child.

The singer praised her creator for the new addition to her family while confirming the happy news on social media on Friday, October 27. She posted a music video of herself embracing her baby bump.

Mercy Chinwo gave thanks to God, saying He gave them testimony on their lips and gladness in their hearts. Despite the singer’s refusal to disclose the child’s gender, rumours suggest that the pair gave birth to a son.

She wrote: “Lord, we are grateful; we approach Your throne with heartfelt songs of praise and thanksgiving.

“You’ve filled our hearts with joy, our lips with testimonies, and our home with celebration. Indeed YOU DO THIS ONE.
